Proposition Summary
This act provides for the issuance and sale of state bonds in the sum of $15,000,000 for the construction of the uncompleted portions of the system of state highways prescribed by the State Highways Act of 1909 and extensions thereof; and prescribes such extensions, and character of construction of same.
