Proposition Summary
LEGISLATIVE CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT. Adds section 5.5 to Article VI of the State Constitution to permit any city in San Diego County to be divided into more than one municipal court or justice court district if the Legislature determines unusual geographic conditions warrant such division.
