Proposition Summary

Initiative measure providing for the issuance and sale of state bonds in the sum of $1,800,000 to create a fund for the completion and construction of buildings on the grounds of the University of California in the city of Berkeley, said bonds to bear interest at four and one half per cent and to mature at different periods until January 5, 1955.
