PERSONAL INCOME TAXES
Proposition Summary
Legislative Constitutional Amendment. Legislature may provide for reporting and collecting California personal income taxes by reference to provisions of present or future laws of the United States and may prescribe exceptions and modifications thereto. Prohibits change in state personal income tax rates based on future changes in federal rates.
