Proposition Summary
Legislative Constitutional Amendment. Provides that instead of a two-thirds vote to incur an indebtedness at an election held for that purpose, any local general obligation bonds for library purposes or public school purposes, may be approved by sixty percent of the qualified electors voting on such proposition at a primary or general election, including this election.
