Proposition Summary
Assembly Constitutional Amendment No.6. Pro• vides that laws authorizing state indebtedness or bond issue may be voted upon at direct primary instead of general election if two-thirds of each house of the Legislature so directs, Provides that members of the Legislature required to meet with State Allocation Board shall have equal rights and duties with nonlegislative members in allocation and apportionment of funds for school construction and related purposes
