Proposition Summary
Assembly Constitutional Amendment No 58. Amends Section 22 of Article IV of Constitution. Permits Legislature to make state funds available to public agencies and nonprofit corporations for construction of hospital facilities and to authorize use of state funds for that purpose by nonprofit corporations, whenever federal money is made available for such construction.
