Proposition Summary
Senate Constitutional Amendment 1. Adds section 25 5/8 to Article IV of Constitution. Requires all moneys collected under any State law relating to protection, conservation, propagation or preservation of fish, game, mollusks or crustaceans, and fines and forfeitures imposed for violation of such laws, be used exclusively for such purposes. Empowers Legislature to provide for division of money derived from such fines and forfeitures.
