Proposition Summary
Senate Constitutional Amendment 25. Amends second paragraph of section 1 of Article IV of Constitution by providing that after presentation to Secretary of State of properly certified petition proposing a law or amendment to the Constitution, Secretary of State shall submit said proposed law or constitutional amendment to the electors at next succeeding general election occurring subsequent to 130 days (instead of 90 days as at present) after said presentation, or at any special election called by the Governor in his discretion prior to such general election.
