Proposition Summary
Initiative Act. Creates Board of Chiropractic Examiner appointed by Governor and paid from receipts under act; prescribes powers and duties thereof and prohibits practice of chiropractic without license therefrom; regulates issuance of such licenses; requires licensees to observe state and municipal regulations relating to control of contagious and infectious diseases and authorizes them to sign birth and death certificates and use natural agencies and manual and mechanical means and manipulators as auxiliaries in their practice; declares other methods of healing, and chiropractors licensed under other acts, not affected hereby; prescribes penalties and repeals all conflicting legislation.
