Proposition Summary
STATE HIGHWAY BONDS. Senate Constitutional Amendment 27. Adds Section 2 to Article XVI of Constitution. Authorizes Issuance of state bonds to amount of forty million dollars for completing uncompleted portions of state highways system prescribed by "State Highways Act" of 1909 and "State Highways Act of 1915" and certain extensions thereof described in said last-named act, and also for constructing certain described additional state highways, twenty million dollars of proceeds of said bonds, or so much of said sum as necessary, to be used in completing such uncompleted portions and extensions.
