Proposition Summary
Assembly Constitutional Amendment 2. Amends section 8 ½ of Article XI of constitution. Adds provision thereto declaring that whenever a borough is established in a consolidated city and county pursuant to provisions of charter thereof, in connection with annexation of other territory, or otherwise, there shall thereafter be no change in the boundaries or governmental power of such borough without the consent of a majority of the electors of such borough voting at an election held for that purpose.
