LEGAL PRACTICE AND SERVICES. INITIATIVE CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT. Permits the exercise of "judicial power" to adopt and approve rules and regulations for the practice of law and the provision of legal services, but limits the exercise of such power to the extent to which such rules and regulations are not inconsistent with legislative enactments governing the practice of law and the provision of legal services.
