Description
LAW INVALIDATION. CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT. Repeals all statutes adopted by the Legislature since 1926. Requires all cases, if requested, to be decided by a jury. Prohibits judges and lawyers from interpreting the law. Mandates only one law on each subject. Prohibits questioning of jury's judgment. Limits appellate review to trial court's compliance with the Constitution, the letter of the law, or jury tampering. Abolishes the State Bar and prohibits all current members from practicing law or holding public office.
