Description
MOTOR VEHICLE FUEL VAPOR RECOVERY SYSTEM. INITIATIVE STATUTE. Adds statute providing that neither the state nor any local government shall require the installation or use of a motor vehicle fuel vapor recovery system in the retail sale of motor vehicle fuel at a service station until the federal government has approved such a system for installation and use in all states. Fiscal impact on state and local governments: There would be no direct state or local fiscal impact.
