Description

California Academy for the Blind. Initiative act establishing in City of Berkeley state school for the blind; transferring thereto from the California School for the Deaf and Blind the care of the blind and funds and equipment held by it for that purpose; authorizing state bonds for fourteen hundred thousand dollars to meet cost of site, buildings, equipment and other authorized expenditures; prescribing form, manner of issuance and sale of such bonds, and providing for payment thereof through annual state revenues and legislative appropriations.
