Description

INCOME TAX. INITIATIVE STATUTE. Amends and repeals sections of Revenue and Taxation Code relating to rates of taxation and exemptions to define taxable income and set income tax rates and exemptions for every type of taxpayer except corporations not directly controlled by fewer than fifty shareholders. Prohibits expense in the nature of personal deduction and disallows tax credit of any nature.
