Description
Projects average monthly salary over a full year for UC and CSU employees who do not work a full year, to determine the employee’s final annual compensation level when calculating pension benefits. Applies to current state miscellaneous members of the CSU or UC system, and those who retired or died on or after January 1, 1999. Fiscal impact: It is the opinion of the Legislative Analyst and Director of Finance that the measure, if adopted, may have a substantial state fiscal impact.
