Description

LOCAL REGULATIONS CONCERNING PROSTITUTION OR CRIMINAL ASPECTS OF SEXUAL ACTIVITY AND RELATED MATTERS. INITIATIVE CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT. Provides that regulations by cities and counties concerning prostitution or other criminal aspects of sexual activity, lewd or dissolute conduct, indecent public exposure, venereal disease, and protection of persons from molestation, shall not be construed to be in conflict with State law unless they duplicate State law, authorize that which is prohibited by State law, prohibit that which is permitted by State law, or State law expressly precludes local regulations.
