EXCLUSION OF MINORS FROM RETAIL LIQUOR ESTABLISHMENTS. INITIATIVE TO THE LEGISLATURE. Provides that anyone who admits a minor to any room or place where beer, wine or other intoxicating liquor is retailed, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
