Description
Provides that, beginning with the regular session of the legislature in 2008, the Legislature shall consist of one house of not less than fifty nor more than eighty members to be nominated and elected in a non-partisan manner for a term of two years. Places aggregate limits on legislators’ salary and limits travel costs. Requires minimum waiting periods before final vote on legislation; provides any single legislator may request roll-call on any question.
