University of California Hastings, Journal of Crime and Punishment 1st Annual Symposium
Our daylong symposium will focus on emerging efforts to reform prosecutorial practices within the larger movement to transform the American criminal justice system. Scholars and practitioners will convene to examine and interrogate the substance and definition of “progressive prosecution” and seek to understand both the potential of and limits to this new legal and political phenomenon.
