Abstract
The work of the German theologian, Karl Roliner, cleared theological ground for the achievement of Vatican II and continues to have a significant intellectual influence on current Roman Catholic thought. In this Article, the author utilizes Roliner's thought as the basis for his own suggestion of a way of viewing the religion-law relationship from a contemporary Roman Catholic perspective.
