Abstract
Private club discrimination against women remains pervasive. It is the thesis of this Note that the arbitrary exclusion of women from quasi-private clubs that are centers of commercial and community activity should be challenged. Constitutional, statutory, and alternative approaches to remedial action are surveyed.
