UC Law Journal
Abstract
Discussion of the overpopulation problem has ranged from apocalyptic speculation to a denial that such a problem exists. Concluding that the problem is real, the author examines actions that can be taken to deal with the problem within the legal framework of individual and social rights and duties existing in United States law.
